Position & Working Conditions

Start Date: January 2, 2026

Location: Daechi-dong, Gangnam, Seoul

Student Levels: 1st–6th Grade (Elementary)
-
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM
-
Teaching Hours: Approx. 6 hours per day
-
Curriculum & Materials:
-
Fully prepared lesson plans, tests, and teaching materials are provided
-
Teachers can focus on instruction and student engagement, rather than content creation
-

Parent Communication:

Once a month
-
Interpretation support is provided

Compensation & Benefits
-
Salary: 3.0M–4.0M KRW per month or higher, depending on experience and interview performance
-
Housing / Housing Allowance: Not provided
-
Contract: 1-year contract with severance pay upon completion

Holidays: All national holidays off

Insurance: National health insurance (50/50 contribution)

Paid Vacation: 11 paid vacation days total
-
3 days for summer vacation
-
8 additional days designated by the academy

Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly seeking teachers who are already in Korea and currently teaching.
Requirements
-
Teaching experience in the Daechi-dong (Gangnam) area (current or previous)
-
Native English speaker
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
-
Holds or is eligible for an E-2 visa
-
(U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
-
