Position & Working Conditions

• Start Date: January 2, 2026

• Location: Daechi-dong, Gangnam, Seoul

• Student Levels: 1st–6th Grade (Elementary)

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM

• Teaching Hours: Approx. 6 hours per day

• Curriculum & Materials:

  • Fully prepared lesson plans, tests, and teaching materials are provided

  • Teachers can focus on instruction and student engagement, rather than content creation

• Parent Communication:

  • Once a month

  • Interpretation support is provided

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 3.0M–4.0M KRW per month or higher, depending on experience and interview performance

• Housing / Housing Allowance: Not provided

• Contract: 1-year contract with severance pay upon completion

• Holidays: All national holidays off

• Insurance: National health insurance (50/50 contribution)

• Paid Vacation: 11 paid vacation days total

  • 3 days for summer vacation

  • 8 additional days designated by the academy

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly seeking teachers who are already in Korea and currently teaching.

Requirements

• Teaching experience in the Daechi-dong (Gangnam) area (current or previous)

• Native English speaker

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

• Holds or is eligible for an E-2 visa

  • (U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
