We are currently looking for one native English teacher for a newly opened branch of Sisa Academy in Dongtan.
This is a small, relaxed adult academy focused on conversation-based classes, and we are looking for someone who enjoys teaching in a comfortable, low-pressure environment.
About the Academy
The director has been running Suwon Sisa Academy since 2008 and opened this Dongtan branch in November 2025.
The goal is simple:
A place where teachers can work comfortably, enjoy their classes, and build good relationships with the people around them.
Location
● 275 meters from Exit 2 of Dongtan Station (GTX-A line)
● Easy access to Seoul
Position Overview
● Intermediate conversation & free talking classes
● Adult students only
● You will be the only native English teacher
● All materials and books are fully prepared
Working Hours
● Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (2 classes, 1.5 hours each)
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (classes start at 7:00 PM, 2 classes)
● Saturday
9:30 AM – 1:20 PM (2 classes)
● Sunday off

● A one-way airfare reimbursement is offered upon completion of the contract, for those returning to their home country.

Work Environment
This is not a large, high-pressure academy.
The team is small, the communication is easy, and people genuinely get along well.
The director, staff, and teachers (both Korean and from other countries) maintain a positive and respectful relationship.

Requirements
● Apostilled bachelor’s degree and
National criminal background check
● Applicants should have clear, neutral pronunciation and feel comfortable leading conversation-based classes with adult students and must be eligible for an E-2 visa (citizens of USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa).
Hiring Process
